The Pedagogical Practices Programme combines best practice and the latest research on effective teacher professional development.
These Practices are designed to assist in-service teachers to unpack the fundamental teaching practices that support students cognitive, social and emotional development across a wide range of subject areas, grade levels, and contexts. They are designed to act as a resource for schools to utilise, interpret and make use of in a way which best suits the needs and wants of their teachers.
The programme applies a blended learning approach to education where students learn via online media as well as face-to-face.
The programme consists of modules and skills competencies; each module centres around a specific teaching practice, which is represented by numbered competencies and teaching skills.
Full programme: : 100 hours
Individual Module: 20 hours
The programme consists of 5 Modules: each Module is covered in 20 hours
Teachers can register for one Module (10 sessions- 2 hours each).
Those who wish to complete the full 5 Modules will gain Certificate in Pedagogical Practices
